The appartment is three blocks away from FGV, and two blocks away from two
supermarkets. It's close to Paulista Avenue, so you'll have drugstores,
banks, bars and almost everything else really close by. The adress is Rua
Joaquim Eugenio de Lima, 712, apt.508. Jardins, my neighborhood, is
considered a noble area, so is considered relatively safe (but we are not
Europe yet), and is quite close to FGV, 10min walk. We also have at least
one doormen 24/7 in the building.

One living room, one bathroom, one kitchen, two bedrooms (one for me, and
the other is free for rental) and a service area(laundring). Around 70
squared meters.

The cost is 1150 (rent plus condominium maintenance), plus around 150 of
bills ( wireless internet, gas, electricity, tv).

The minimum stay, ideally, would be one semester (until july for instance)
and there is no formal contract you need to sign: all the legal obligations
towards the apartment is on my behalf. In our spectrum, is essentially
about trust: if you say you wanna take it, I'll trust and I will reserve it
for you.
