We are a company that provides accommodation for exchange students in Sao
Paulo called Urban Trees.

All of our apartments are within walking distance from FGV!

Your flatmates will be exchange students, most of them from FGV. We are
very close to FGV (les then 10min walking) . Please have a look at Google
Maps: The room available is at Rua Pamplona, 237.

The apartments are fully furnished and the rooms are privet. All large
rooms have a desk, chair, closet and double bed (including bed sheets).
There is a doorman 24/7. All bills are included (gas, electricity, water,
Wi-Fi fast internet and a cleaner once every 2 weeks). We also have a
washing machine in all the apartments and the kitchen is fully equipped!

All of us from Urban Trees are from Brasil and have lived abroad, so our
services are designed to provide exchange students in Sao Paulo with
everything they need.
