Hello there!

This is the apartment where I live with my friend Felipe. I work with
Marketing and Felipe is a fashion designer.

Our apartment is very cool! Splendid 200 sqm apartment located between
Pinheiros and Vila Madalena neighborhood, in a very bohemian and central
area.

There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office , two spacious living rooms,
equipped American kitchen and laundry .

In the rent's amount it is included all expenses of the month: rent,
condo , property tax, insurance of fire , light, water , internet WIFI,
cable TV , weekly diarist andl the the monthly bills of cleaning products
is also included. = )

I live at Artur de Azevedo street with Mourato Coelho street, based on Vila
Madalena and Pinheiros neighborhood, close to metro, bus and taxi stations.

The neighborhood is nice and safe . It's a bohemian area full of bars ,
cafes , restaurants , cinema, bookstores , etc. region. There is a 24h
supermarket 5min walking.

We are peaceful and good people that loves life ! We are looking for people
with the same characteristics to live with us. Like very usual in Sao
Paulo, we work a lot, but we also like to enjoy life and the good things
that this central city offers; culture, art , cinema, bars , restaurants
and of course always sharing with great companies =)
