ROOM IN A SAFETY AREA VERY CLOSE TO THE VILA MADALENA SUBWAY STATION!
I rent a room in a great house located in a safety area and very close to
the V. Madalena Subway Station.
Vila Madalena is a great area to live in SP, with a lot of restaurants,
banks, markets, shopping, gyms, parks, pharmacies and with the best areas
of bars and partys of SP.
The house has two bathrooms, six rooms (two with private bathrooms), dining
room, TV room with cable tv and DVD, kitchen with all appliances, a great
backyard and garage. We have Wi-Fi at the house, cleaner and private
security 24 hours on the street.
Live at the house 5 people, mens and womens from England, France, Argentina
and Brazil as well. All who live in the house are lovely, know how to live
together without problems, and they are very good friends. Everybody work
or study in São Paulo, but we enjoy the life too!
The available room has double bed, wardrobe and balcony.
The rent is R$ 1200,00 more R$ 150,00 of utilities.
