I have vacancy in a house 3min away from the Vila Madalena metro station. We're used to host exchange students from FGV as I my self just graduated from there and the metro makes it really easy to reach.

The neighborhood also brings nice vibes as it is one of the main districts in town if you want to have a drink(look for rua Aspicuelta), it takes just 10 min walking to get there and years and years of doing this path at night show that the neighborhood is also safe.

The room we have is private room. It's available from December on. If you're interested, drop me a line.

The price includes 10mb Internet, maid twice a week, water, taxes, energy and security
