The flat is very close to college (less than 5 minutes walking). It is near
MASP (it can be seen from the terrace) and Paulista Avenue (where the main
bus stations and metro stations are). The location of this building is
excellent for students, there is no need for cabs at all. In the area,
there are supermarkets, drugstores, cafes, shopping malls.
The apartment is very nice, entirely furnished. There is two bedrooms (the
one for rent has a double bad). In the living room there is a big sofa, 42
flat TV, a table with 3 chairs and air conditioning. There is also a
terrace with 2 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, refrigerator, stove, etc).
I am a FGV student. I have already shared flat with others foreign exchange
students from FGV. I really enjoy travelling, especially to beaches,
reading, going to parties and going out with friends.
The building is very nice, silent and green. There is a swimming pool, gym,
gourmet area. It a very nice place to live, I love living here.
The price of the room is R$ 1 200, 00. It includes all the bills (WiFi,
electricity, IPTU, rent, maid every week, etc).
