Avenida Paulista

Hello,

I'm renting a room near FGV. The apartment is on the Avenida Paulista, Sao
Paulo's financial center. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a
living room, and an ample kitchen dining area with granite counter tops.
The apartment is on the 10th floor and has a great view of the city. It is
located five blocks from FGV and one block from the subway station
"Brigadeiro".

We have one available room with large window and hard wood floor. The room
has two single beds, a large wood closet and a study table with chair. The
room includes a private bathroom with shower.

I'm 19 years old undergrad student. I study International Business at
Mackenzie University. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. I am quiet,
organized and laid-back person. My mom also leaves at the apartment; she is
very sweet and friendly. She is a full time teacher so she is only arrives
home at night. She is a great cook!

We have been hosting exchange students since 1997 and we made amazing
friends over the years.

We don't have pets and our apartment is smoke-free. We do not have laundry
facilities, but there is a laundry place 1 block from here. Twice a month
we hire a lady to clean our apartment.

We are asking R$ 1300 per month with all bills included. Feel free to ask
